moody feeling menopause

Never done it before.

Yoga is too difficult.

This is so challenging.

My body can't do it.

Yes, it might be different. Sometimes, it might be hard. But yoga is such a great tool to have, especially if you're going through menopause! It might be worth the try.

Stop the self-destructive options.

avoiding emotions
1. Stop avoiding discomfort.

I put it in bold. Because please. Stop.

Even in life, we want to avoid the uncomfortable sensations, or emotions.

A little snack, drink, YouTube video… No more shame, guilt, frustration!

But it is only delaying the uncomfortable.
2. Stop pushing or resisting.

Another worrying thing is either resisting, or pushing through the uncomfortable sensation / emotion.

This will only cause harm.

When you resist, your body tenses up. And that’s the open door to injuries, and if you apply it to life, burn-out.

Resisting doesn't make the discomfort go away.

Option 3: Take your time. Breathe. Listen.
