Positive thinking #1 : the Wheel

This video introduces the positive thinking Wheel, our biggest Body Mind Co tool.

The positive thinking wheel is divided in 6 parts:

  1. Circumstance
  2. Perception
  3. Thought
  4. Feeling
  5. Action
  6. Result

The idea is that we cannot change the circumstance. The circumstance is always given, and we have no impact on it.

However, we can work with our way to perceive the circumstance, and then the thought we have about it. We can also work with our feelings, learn to accept them and use them to create powerful actions.

All this self-coaching work leads to our capacity to create any result that we want, to accomplish any goal.

And because as it is a wheel, it will turn, again and again, towards a particular direction. This is going to become our “life direction”.

This is why it is very important to take care of our wheel. Positive thinking is not about thinking positive things all the time. It is much more about bringing awareness to what is already there, what perceptions, thoughts, feelings. Then one can accept them, and work with them to maybe create new powerful perceptions and thoughts. These will lead to new feelings, new actions, and new results.
