Just remember the 6 parts of the Wheel in positive thinking:

  1. Circumstance
  2. Perception
  3. Thought
  4. Feeling
  5. Action
  6. Result

The idea is that we cannot change the circumstances of any event in our life. However, we can change our thoughts about the events.

Indeed, we create our thinking. Even if this is not conscious! And from our thinking, we create… Beliefs.

What is a belief?

A belief is a thought that we have been repeating over and over. We repeated it so many times to ourselves that we think it is a truth! We think that everyone thinks the same.

But this is not true. Because we are not the same, and we do not think the same. We all have very different thoughts and beliefs. A belief comes directly from your thinking, that you create.

Notice your beliefs

So be careful. Notice what beliefs you are creating for yourself. When you think that someone is… Or something is… Or someone think something bad about you… They are your beliefs. You are responsible of your thinking. You can change what you believe about yourself and the world! Don’t wait for it to happen. Do it now, and let me know what you believe!
