Video: Playing with... head rolls
I might have mentioned it in previous videos. But nothing has helped freeing my tensions as much as this exercise.
So I just need to roll my head on the floor and that’s it?
Sweet, simple, but life-changing.
Lie down, feet on the ground. Feel the weight of your skull. And very, very slowly, roll your head from one side to another. Play with this, and enjoy.
