Massage the spine (rolling down)
I love to massage and release my spine with this simple rolling down exercise. It feels like… unlocking my body! They do this a lot in Klein Technique.
If you want to practice, take your time, and listen to your sensations. This is what is important, so you don’t get injured (especially if you have back issues).
